Took a trip to Greenock and we decided to book Scotts, so glad we did. The restaurant is done to a high standard with views over the water and the toilets are immaculate. Friendly service from the greeting at the door to the waiting staff. The food was lovely with the Chicken Tempura and the beef Burger being a real treat, a decent wine list and a range of lagers suiting me down to the ground. The food arrived in a timely manner and was presented beautifully and more importantly was delicious. Salted Caramel Tablet Sundae dessert was simply stunning...leave some room for dessert. Good Service, food and surroundings, what a lovely afternoon!!
My partner and myself had a lovely dinner on the Itison 4 course plus cocktail deal. We went at 12 on a Thursday and the place filled up quite quick so if you want a quieter dining experience I would go when it opens. All the food was great and drinks as you would expect. The portion sizes where really good and better than expected. Staff where great throughout. There is a nice rooftop beer garden with excellent views over the Clyde.
My partner and I were at Scott’s Greenock this afternoon for lunch, and we were very impressed! First time trying here and will definitely be back! Food was lovely, and the staff were amazing, super friendly & very knowledgable. Special shout out to Debbie who pointed me in the right direction of the fajitas! Debbie and Kailum were so friendly!
Amazing food with fantastic, friendly service, we honestly couldn't fault anything and we were so pleased to have discovered this place on our holiday the mini Mac side with the steak was exceptional!!
We celebrated my brother in law's birthday with a family lunch at Scott's Greenock and look forward to a return visit! We had a spacious table by the window, so had cracking views to enjoy and easy access to the terrace so the kids could get an even better look. The food was great - the Scallop and Chorizo Orzotto was particularly fantastic! It was busy, which was nice to see. Lovely atmosphere, good buzz. Staff were friendly and attentive; and engaged with our little ones, who at 2 years old were so tickled by the colourful fish in the tank by the entrance. It's lovely inside. We'll definitely be back.
We got into town later than expected and, after checking Google reviews, decided our stomachs were set on Scotts Bar & Restaurant. I made a reservation for the earliest available time (20:45) but when we arrived 15 minutes early, it was apparent our reservation didn’t exist. That’s when we realized I had accidentally booked a table at another Scotts restaurant. Despite the mix-up and the kitchen starting to close, the staff were incredibly accommodating. They checked with the kitchen, and thankfully, they were willing to take one more table’s order. We ordered the Katsu Chicken Curry, Steak Pie, a side salad, and tenderstem broccoli- and wow, the food was phenomenal! The curry was perfectly spiced with crispy chicken, and the steak pie was next-level: a full slab of steak, flaky crust, and a hearty, flavorful gravy. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service stood out just as much as the food. Several staff members checked in on us throughout the meal, making us feel truly welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed. Absolutely recommend Scotts Bar & Restaurant.

A little bit expensive but worth the visit for its vibes, people who are serving there and of course the food! Never had an amazing delicious lobster creamy mac and cheese like the one they serve there. It is mouthwatering, tasty, fulfilling and it can be good for 2 if you are not that hungry. Their fish and chips is also big and fresh. The crispiness of the fish was good and the haddock was well cooked. All the stuff there are happy and smiling, from the lady who welcomed us at the bar to be seated, to the guy who brought our food, another guy was serving us and brought us the bill, to another lady there who was working hard and smiling at everyone in the place. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended place.
